Caring, Perceptive Teachers

We have loved all of Andrew’s teachers! They have been so in tune with our son’s personality and learning style, and they have instilled both a love of learning and sense of fun in him. His current teacher has the best sense of humor; you can see how she brings out joy in the children!

I cannot say enough good things about the teachers at Temple Beth Or Preschool. They care about our children so much, putting in the extra time and energy to make sure they have a positive learning experience in a loving and safe environment. Mia had a speech delay when she was two, and I was very impressed with how her teacher helped us work through this, guiding us in making the right decisions for our child.

The teachers come up with such fun programs to keep the kids interested — everything from entertaining ways to learn their letters to a week spent talking about Martin Luther King Jr. and the importance of treating people fairly; from a week in which they put on plays based on the Greek myths to studying sea monkeys. No way a kid is ever going to be bored at this school!

I am very thankful that at TBO Preschool, all of my children have had perceptive teachers who were able to alert me to areas where my children might need additional support. Whether it be speech or occupational therapy, my children's teachers have used a team approach with me and the therapist to establish and implement modifications to ensure greater success in school. Having such low student-teacher ratios and a group of teachers who really understand all children means no child falls through the cracks at TBOP.
